When Baltimore's Mercy Medical Center built a new parking garage, Bunting worked with the architect, RTKL Associates, to create this 80- by 149-foot perforated metal mural, which performs a dual purpose; it masks the inherent ugliness of the garage ramps and it acts as a massive ventilation screen.

The leaf design is a symbol of Mercy Medical Center's Catholic mission. The stylized leaf design stands for life and growth and uses a cross for the veins of the leaf.
The leaf motif is carried through the ancillary designs around the building as well.
