These entry canopies were fabricated & installed by Bunting. Each entry has its own unique canopy that was provided by Bunting from the ground up, turnkey. The above canopy is 152 feet wide by 54 feet high and incorporates several different materials and elements that were all built in-house to maintain quality & delivery times.

This canopy has unique lighting features. There are two fixtures that direct light up to the top of the canopy and toward the ground simoutaneously. Also there is an LED light that runs continous along the face of the canopy cover.
 
The 4' channel letters are internally illuminated with neon.

Bunting developed construction documents from cconceptual details. The process included all the structural elements required for meeting loads and the architural details like the custom light fixtures. All of this work is performed in house with their internal engineering staff.

Featured Project: Glass Canopy & Columns

The final product was engineered from concept drawings to meet the requirements of all applicable code & load laws. Our in-house engineers worked with the architects during the construction to create the final product.

The cables were designed to stabilize the canopy structure in the event of large wind force being applied upward or downward on the canopy surface.
 
The glass is a 3/4" thick laminated glass. Canopy glass must always be laminated for safety reasons. Working with experts like Bunting minmizes the exposure to potential problems that arise from lack of experience in this field.

This stainless steel canopy system has a Bunting applied texture to the underside of the stainless steel to refract the light from the fixtures placed beneath the canopy.
 
You can see the uplighting that was used to produce the light that the stainless steel reflects.

The architect in this instance approached us and explained what they were trying to accomplish with the lighting and the canopy. Bunting created the texture for the material and assisted the architect in meeting their goal.
