Maintenance Tech (1st Shift) - Verona, PA & New Castle, PA
Overview:
- Maintains company facilities, machinery, equipment, and vehicles.
- Coordinates outside vendors for servicing of items when needed.
- Splits workweek between two company locations as required.
Specification:
- Facilities: Perform routine maintenance on facilies such as fixing electrical switches, outlets, and circuit breakers, as well as plumbing, drywall and HVAC systems
- Machinery: Perform routine maintenance to keep machines running smoothly such as inspecting drives, motors, belts, and fluid levels/lubrication, and replacing filters
- Vehicles: Perform basic fleet maintenance on company vehicles
- Cleaning: Clean buildings and properties, including hauling trash and debris, cleaning tools, and ensuring equipment is stored properly.
- Record keeping: Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair work.
- Safety: Follow safety rules and adhere to company safety regulations.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the maintenance team and contractors as needed.
- Communication: Follow written and verbal instructions from the maintenance manager or clients.
Tools & Technology:
- Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Automotive Experience
- Self-motivated
