The Wharf, Anthem Music Venue
The Anthem is 9:30 Club's new 6,000 person concert venue at the Wharf; a $2 billion development in the District of Columbia's Southwest Waterfront,
The developers, Madison Marquette & PN Hoffman, selected the interdisciplinary firm Rockwell Group to design the theater. Rockwell Group used pixelated metal to evoke the traditional bunting.
Perkins Eastman and Clark Construction as part of the design build team constructed the theater and Consigli Construction provided the theater staging panels.
Bunting was selected on a design-assist basis to engineer, fabricate, and install the interior metal finishes in the venue.
